Fees and Insurance

We work to make therapy affordable for our clients. The fee structure is based on the level of experience and advanced specialized training. Know that whomever you choose to work with is of the highest quality.

Doctoral Level Fully Licensed Therapist:
- $200 per 55-minute initial intake session
-$175 per 55-minute regular session 

Masters Level Fully Licensed Therapist:
- $200 per 55-minute initial intake session
-$175 per 55-minute regular session 

MFT-A, LPC-A (Doctoral level Associate/Intern accruing hours towards full licensure):
- $100 per 55-minute initial intake session
-$80 per 55-minute regular session 

MFT-A, LPC-A (Masters level Associate/Intern accruing hours towards full licensure):
- $100 per 55-minute initial intake session
-$80 per 55-minute regular session 
Graduate Student Interns (Masters level students in an accredited MFT or Counseling Program Internship):
-$50 per 55-minute regular session 

Payment Options
HealingChoice™ accepts all major credit cards, cash, or checks. Some of our clinicians are accepting Aetna, BCBSTX, Magellan, United Healthcare (Optum), Curative, Entrust, INC., and United-Surest. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. Many of our clients are able to complete counseling for less than their insurance deductible and may choose to self-pay.  Payment is due at the beginning of each session.
