Program Description: HealingChoice Family Therapy uses SMS to send appointment reminders to therapy clients who have provided prior written consent. 

Who Can Participate: This SMS program is available to existing clients of HealingChoice Family Therapy who provide a valid U.S. mobile phone number and opt in during the client intake process. 

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 1–2 SMS messages per scheduled appointment. 

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan. 

How to Opt Out: Text STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
